Ali has been a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer with APEC since 1996. He is a Chartered Engineer with expertise in civil and structural engineering. Ali has been extensively involved in numerous large civil, structural and infrastructure projects in the Cayman Islands and Europe. Ali provides expert advice on contract procurement and administration.
