PRINCIPAL
Pearse has been the Principal of APEC since 1993. He is a Chartered Engineer with in depth knowledge of civil and structural engineering. Pearse is particularly experienced in development in the Cayman Islands, but has also worked extensively in the UK, Ireland and the USA. In addition to key involvement in all of APEC’s civil and structural projects, Pearse can provide expert advice on hurricane resistant design and geotechnical engineering. Having guided several large projects through the planning and permitting process Pearse is very familiar with permitting issues particular to the Cayman Islands.
