Completed in 2016, the Kimpton Seafire resort comprises two ten storey buildings, a two-storey underground parking basement, ballroom with long span structural steel roof and associated ancillary buildings throughout the site. The buildings are framed with reinforced concrete and incorporate lateral bracing walls to resist earthquake / seismic design forces. APEC is the engineer of record for the structural and civil works associated with this project.
