Fosters Food Fair (FFF) was completed in 2019. APEC is the engineer of record for the geotechnical, structural and civil disciplines for the 60,000 sq. ft. retail building. The roof for this single storey building incorporated composite steel deck supported on structural steelwork capable of withstanding the significant hurricane wind loads required by the local design codes. The structure incorporated exterior lateral bracing walls to resist the expected seismic / earthquake and wind forces.
